We had developed the saving-material hot runner system by using DC. AC plug.
The DC. AC plug mold are used majority in the mold injection of PVC plastic. Recently, there is the environment-protection requirement of DC. AC, so there must use GE781 material for mold injection, then the unit price for PVC being 20RMB per kg changed as the unit price for GE781 being 70RMB per kg. The materials cost is increased by 3.5 times, which makes higher requirement on the materials using effect, which also means using hot runner system to reduce the plastic regrind as little as possible.
HOTTIP JK hot runner spent large resources at the first time. Working hard with many DC and AC mold plastic manufacturer, JK had developed a hot runner mold injection system by using DC and AC plug to produce the environment-protection material GE781 long-term and stably , which are in reasonable price and more practical.
