The technical feature for AMP-D3 big drooling nozzle :
※ There is a short cooling plastic regrind on the gate.
※ The mould gate process is very simple.
※ The color-change quality is good, and the gate resistance is very small, and the plastic output is large with the short cycle time, and the mold injection pressure is small, all of which is suitable for the bigger part production.
※ As to the amorphous thermoplastic without fast-solidifying feature, there may cause the casting phenomenon.
※ This nozzle is suited by adding a branch runner on the nozzle tip, which is favorable for injecting several parts one time.
