Palletizing die is the advanced technology during the plastic mold development. Being different with the injection mold, its die cavities are distributed on the two or more planes, showing as palletizing serials, i.e., there are several molds stacks.
Comparing with the normal mold, the mold-locking pressure of the palletizing die is increased by 5%-10%, but the production output can be increased by 90%-95%, which advances the equipment utilization, and the production efficiency.
Usually, palletizing die is suitable for making the parts in large and flat form, and the part in small form but with multiple thin cavities, and some parts needed in mass production.
The technology of hot runner system is in the merit of saving materials, being easily automatic, advancing the parts capability and shortening the production cycle time, etc. Comparing it with palletizing mold, the production can be increased and the effective automation can be realized by adding little mold cost.
